To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in reference to my relationship with Mr.Fernand Geneau and his company, Custom Builders Inc., located in Steamboat Springs,Colo. Fernand and I had been friends first before we had a business relationship. My company was in the middle of a large land development when I decided to expand into spec building of residential homes. I hired Custom Builders to build the t'1rst horne at Sleeping Giant Estates ,which sold for $795,000. The experience with Femand and his company was great. They were on budget,on time and the product was beautiful. I immediately bought up more land and over the next 3-4 years Custom Builders and Nicholson Investments built tive more spec houses ranging from $1,300,000 to $2,000,000. These homes were very custom and at times extremely complex ,but that never held up Fernand and his crew from producing the tinest quality homes in Steamboat at the cost that was agreed upon and the timeframe that was stated. Also, Femand always had a great relationship with the buyers of these fine homes and personally took care of them with any needs or requests. In closing J would like to say anybody will have a pleasant experience when they hire Fernand for any constnlction project.
